Dating AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing dating-ai.org, registering an account or sending any message on Dating AI, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Dating AI provides conversational companion characters for entertainment. Members exchange text messages, may request voice notes and images, and may create custom companions within the limits of their plan.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher. Accounts belonging to minors are closed without notice and without refund.

4. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.

5. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. One account per person

Each person may hold one Dating AI account. Sharing, reselling or transferring account access to another individual is not permitted.

7. Fictional characters

Every companion on Dating AI is a fictional character. Names, ages, photographs and biographies are created for the service and do not depict real individuals or real relationships.

8. Nature of generated replies

Companion messages are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for any practical purpose. You should not rely on them as statements of fact.

9. No professional advice

Dating AI does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you need support of that kind, contact a qualified professional or an emergency service in your area.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use Dating AI for lawful personal purposes only, and not to interfere with the service, other members, or the systems that run it.

11. Prohibited content

You must not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals, violence, illegal goods, or material that violates the rights of others. Violations lead to immediate termination.

12. Prohibited conduct

Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, bypassing usage limits, probing security, distributing malware and reselling access are all prohibited.

13. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the messages and prompts you write. You are solely responsible for their legality and for any consequence of sharing them elsewhere.

14. Licence to operate the service

You grant Dating AI a limited licence to store, process and display your submitted content only for the purpose of operating your account and delivering the conversations you request.

15. Our intellectual property

The Dating AI brand, interface, character designs, imagery, text and underlying software remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

16. Free tier

The free tier includes a limited allowance of messages that may be adjusted at any time. Free access is offered as is and may be withdrawn where abuse is detected.

17. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processors, in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment authorises the charge for the selected term.

18. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then current price, unless cancelled beforehand.

19. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, after which no further charges are made.

20. Refunds

Except where a mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and the service has been made available.

21. Price changes

Prices may change. Existing subscribers are notified before a new price applies to their next renewal and may cancel before that date.

22. Taxes

Displayed prices may exclude local taxes. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the billing information you provide.

23. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and events beyond our control may cause downtime.

24. Changes to the service

Features may be added, modified or removed as Dating AI develops. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.

25. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, presents a security or payment risk, or is required to be closed by law. You may close your account at any time.

26. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

27. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dating AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dating AI against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

29. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us directly so we can attempt a resolution.

30. Changes to these terms
